Mr. Wang’s herb patches are designed with the wisdom and power of Chinese Medicine. The herbs in these patches are understood in Chinese Medicine to relieve pain, invigorate the blood, remove blood stagnation, open the channels and collaterals, open the orifices, infiltrate the bone layers and much more.
The two main ingredients are Ma Qian Zi 马钱子 (Semen Strychni Strychnos, aka Horse Money Seeds) and Zhi Cao Wu製草烏 (Radix Acontii Kusnezoffi Preparata, aka Processed Wild Aconite Root). Ma Qian Zi, a very cooling herb, powerfully unblocks the channels, disperses clumps, reduces swellings and alleviates pain. Zhi Cao Wu, a very warming herb, balances Ma Qian Zi’s cold nature. Zhi Cao Wu also reinforces Ma Qian Zi’s dispersing effect and stops pain as well.
These herbs have been used topically for thousands of years in China to alleviate pain and improve musculoskeletal function.
Mr. Wang’s Herbal Cold Patch can be used to good effect for many musculoskeletal pain complaints, including frozen shoulder, acute and chronic neck and back pain, joint pain (especially knee pain, hip pain and sciatica) and many other conditions.
