Bio Foot Reflexology and Massage Center opened its doors in Beaverton, Oregon on August 15, 2011 with a simple mission: to provide authentic Chinese reflexology and therapeutic massage services in a welcoming and professional environment.
Since then, we have helped thousands of clients throughout Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Portland, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, and surrounding communities experience the benefits of traditional Chinese wellness practices. Our commitment to quality care and personalized service has allowed us to grow and expand to multiple locations while maintaining the values that inspired us from the beginning.
Our Story
Our roots begin with Pingxiu (Lisa), who was born and raised in Nanning, China. Lisa graduated from the Traditional Chinese Medical College in 1992, specializing in Tui Na therapeutic massage. Lisa’s education in Traditional Chinese Medicine included studies in Tui Na massage, Chinese Reflexology and acupuncture principles, providing a strong foundation for the traditional wellness techniques incorporated into many of our services today. She began her career working in a clinical setting where she developed expertise in traditional Chinese bodywork techniques and wellness practices.
After moving to Oregon in 2005, Lisa continued her education at Everest Institute in Tigard, earning her United States massage therapy credentials with honors. Her unique combination of traditional Chinese training and American massage education helped shape the foundation of Bio Foot Reflexology and Massage Center. In addition to providing treatments, Lisa oversees reflexology training and mentors therapists in traditional Chinese reflexology and acupressure techniques.
In 2011, Bio Foot Reflexology and Massage Center opened its first location in Beaverton. Due to the support of our clients and growing demand for our services, we expanded to Lake Oswego in 2013 and have continued serving the Portland metropolitan area ever since.

Pingxiu “Lisa” Leard
Tuina Massage
Tuina is a Chinese Medical Acupressure-style massage used to relieve pain especially in joints and restore balance to the body. It is more effective than any other style of massage at getting rid of your tight, tired muscles and relieving stress. This is Pingxiu’s area of expertise. Qi Gong Tuina is a lighter version massage designed to give relaxation. It provides some limited therapeutic results.
